• Parent/guardian email: Optionally provided by the school for progress reports.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide personalised revision timetables and adaptive learning content.
• To track academic progress and generate reports for teachers and parents.
• To award XP, badges, and streaks to motivate students.
• To improve our platform, fix bugs, and develop new features.
• To send progress emails to parent/guardian addresses where provided.

We retain student data for the duration of the school's subscription plus up to 12 months, after which it is securely deleted unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
