Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 31 May 2026

Our Commitment

RevHub is committed to ensuring that our platform is accessible to all students, including those with disabilities. We continually work to improve the accessibility of our app in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

Accessibility Features

RevHub includes a built-in Accessibility Toolbar available throughout the app, providing:

  • Text size adjustment — increase or decrease font size across the app.
  • High contrast mode — enhanced colour contrast for users with visual impairments.
  • Dyslexia-friendly font — switch to OpenDyslexic font throughout the app.
  • Reduced motion — disables animations for users with vestibular disorders.
  • Text-to-speech — revision content can be read aloud within study sessions.
  • Keyboard navigation — all interactive elements are navigable by keyboard.
  • Screen reader support — ARIA labels and semantic HTML throughout.
  • Skip-to-content link — allows keyboard users to skip navigation.
  • Touch target sizing — all buttons meet the 44x44pt minimum touch target size (WCAG 2.5.5).
  • Focus indicators — visible focus rings for all keyboard-navigable elements.

Conformance Status

RevHub is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partial conformance means some content may not fully meet the standard. We are actively working to address any remaining gaps.

Known Limitations

  • Some embedded YouTube video content is provided by a third party and may not be fully accessible.
  • Complex quiz interactions may require additional testing with specific assistive technologies.

We are working to address these limitations in future updates.

Technical Specifications

RevHub relies on the following technologies for conformance:

  • HTML5
  • CSS3
  • JavaScript (React)
  • WAI-ARIA
